Subscription Policy

No commitment

You can cancel, pause or skip a delivery whenever you like. It costs nothing.

How it works

• You choose how often you want a new delivery. Each delivery is charged to your payment method when it is due to ship, and you get a receipt by email.
• The introductory price applies to the first delivery only. After that, the regular subscription price applies.
• The offer is for new customers and cannot be reused by cancelling and starting again.

Cancel, pause or skip

• Easiest: go to vitanord.se/apps/hjalp and choose "Avsluta eller pausa din prenumeration". Enter your email and you get a link – one click and it's done.
• You can also log in at vitanord.se and choose "Manage Subscriptions", or email support@vitanord.com.
• Changes made before the next charge take effect immediately. You get a confirmation by email.

Price changes

We email you at least 30 days before a new price applies. If you do not want the new price, you can cancel before then.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from each delivery within 14 days of receiving it. Click Withdraw from the contract here or read Returns, withdrawal and complaints.
