First delivery

Ships within 1-2 business days. Delivery time approx. 1-6 days.

No bonding time

All subscriptions are completely without a commitment period. End whenever you want.

Right of withdrawal

60 day right of withdrawal on your first delivery. Applies to unopened products.

1 The agreement

These subscription terms apply to subscriptions to products from Vitanord, a brand operated by Interactive Ecommerce LLC.

By confirming an order you agree to these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions apply together with our general terms and conditions of purchase.

The buyer is the person specified as the buyer in the order regardless of sales channel. You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to Vitanord.

3 How subscription works

Vitanord offers delivery mainly through subscription. All subscriptions are without a binding period.

When ordering, the introductory price only applies to the very first delivery. After about a month, the next delivery will be sent at the regular price, containing products for the selected period. After that, you will receive a delivery according to your selected interval.

Available delivery intervals:

  • Monthly – every 30 days
  • Every other month – every 60 days
  • Quarterly – every 90 days
  • Every four months (default) – every 180 days

Some products and special offers may have different delivery intervals.

4 Management, pause and termination

All changes to your subscription – including pauses and cancellations – are made by contacting customer service at support@vitanord.com or through your account at vitanord.com.

4.1 Termination

Cancellation must be made at least 14 days before the next scheduled delivery. The last date for cancellation is stated on your invoice and in your account. If you cancel after this date, you will receive and pay for the upcoming delivery.

4.2 Pause

You can pause your subscription for up to 6 months. During the break, you will not receive any deliveries and will not be charged. To resume your subscription, contact customer service or log in to your account.

4.3 Change delivery frequency

You can change your delivery frequency at any time through your account or by contacting customer service, subject to 14 days' notice before the next delivery.

5 Prices and payment

Current prices are clearly displayed during the ordering process and in your account. Prices include VAT where applicable.

5.1 Introductory offer

New subscribers may be eligible for an introductory price on their first order. Regular price applies to all subsequent deliveries.

5.2 Price changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices by at least 30 days in written notice. If you do not agree to the price change, you can cancel your subscription free of charge.

5.3 Automatic charge

Your payment method will be automatically charged before each delivery, according to your selected delivery frequency. You will receive a confirmation email with each charge.

6 Delivery

Deliveries are sent according to your selected interval. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

6.1 Address changes

You can update your shipping address at any time through your account or by contacting customer service. Address changes must be made no later than 5 days before your next scheduled delivery.

6.2 Delivery problems

If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact customer service immediately. We will work to resolve any issues and ensure that you receive your products.

7 Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days to return your item from the day you receive your first delivery. The right of return only applies to unopened products in their original condition. If the product has been opened or used, the right of return does not apply.

Subsequent deliveries in your subscription will contain the same product as your first. There is no right of withdrawal on deliveries after the first. If you do not wish to receive further deliveries, you must cancel your subscription before the deadline stated on your most recent invoice.

When returning, you as the customer are responsible for the return postage unless otherwise agreed.

8 Product quality

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with a product in your subscription, please contact customer service within 30 days of delivery.

If you receive a defective product, we will replace it free of charge or offer a full refund.

10 Applicable law and dispute resolution

These subscription terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes should first be resolved directly with our customer service. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN) or the relevant consumer authority.

11 Changes to the terms and conditions

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Subscription after changes have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

  3. Click on "Pause Subscription"
  4. Choose pause period (up to 6 months)

Change delivery frequency

  1. Log in to vitanord.com
  2. Go to "Manage Subscriptions"
  3. Choose new delivery frequency
  4. Save changes
