How delivery works

1. Order confirmed

You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after your order has been placed.

2. The package is being sent.

Your order will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information.

3. Delivery to you

The package is normally delivered within 7–14 days to your address, depending on where in Sweden you are located.

4. Next delivery (subscription)

If you have a subscription, subsequent deliveries will be sent automatically according to your chosen interval.

First order

Your first delivery will be sent within 2–3 business days after we receive your order. Delivery time is normally 7–14 days depending on where in Sweden you live. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as the package has been delivered to our delivery partner.

Subscription deliveries

Subsequent deliveries will be made automatically according to the delivery frequency you selected when ordering:

  • Monthly – every 30 days
  • Every other month – every 60 days
  • Quarterly – every 90 days
  • Every four months (default) – every 120 days

You can change the delivery frequency through your account at vitanord.com or by contacting our customer service. Changes must be made no later than 14 days before the next scheduled delivery.

Delivery partner

We ship your orders with the delivery partner specified at checkout. The package is normally delivered directly to your mailbox.

If the package does not fit in your mailbox, it may be delivered to the nearest post office. In such a case, you will receive a notification with information about where and when you can pick up your delivery.

Unclaimed packages: If a delivery is not picked up and sent back to us, we will contact you to find a solution. You will not be charged for uncollected deliveries. If we cannot reach you, no further delivery attempts will be made and your subscription will be terminated at no charge.

Change delivery address

You can update your shipping address at any time through your account at vitanord.com or by contacting our customer service. Address changes must be made no later than 5 days before the next scheduled delivery.

Delivery problems

If you experience problems with your delivery – for example, the package did not arrive within the specified time, was damaged during transport or if you received the wrong product – contact our customer service immediately and we will help you.

If the delivery time is not stated when ordering, we shall deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days from your order. If a delivery is delayed, we will notify you in writing via email. If the delay is significant, you have the right to terminate the agreement.

Shipping cost

Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Shipping information for subscription deliveries will be provided in your order confirmation.
