Vitamin B6

2 mg per capsule (143% NRV), as pyridoxine hydrochloride. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.*

Vitamin B12

100% NRV per capsule, as cyanocobalamin. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.*

Biotin

300% NRV per capsule, the highest share in the capsule. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin.*

B1, B2, B3, B5, folic acid + PABA

100–127% NRV each. Niacin as nicotinamide, B5 as calcium pantothenate. Plus 30 mg PABA, which has no NRV.
