You can cancel your VitaNord subscription at any time — there is no commitment period.
How to cancel
- Log in to your account and choose "Manage Subscriptions", or
- Email us at support@vitanord.support
Cancellation must be made at least 14 days before your next scheduled delivery. The last date for cancellation is stated on your invoice and in your account. If you cancel after this date, you will receive and pay for the upcoming delivery; the cancellation then applies from the following delivery.
Pausing instead of cancelling
You can pause your subscription for up to 6 months via your account or by contacting customer service. During the pause you will not receive any deliveries and will not be charged.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law from the day you receive each delivery. For full details, see our Subscription Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
