What is in the capsule

Three bifidobacteria (B. lactis, B. bifidum, B. longum), two lactobacilli (L. acidophilus, L. casei rhamnosus) and Streptococcus thermophilus. CFU stands for colony-forming units, a measure of the number of live bacteria. Every strain and amount is printed on the label.
