Subscription Terms

The subscription terms have been updated and will take effect for all existing and new agreements.

Subscription Details: You will receive a 2-month supply of supplements delivered every 2 months. The subscription cost per delivery is:

  • Sweden: 899 SEK (equivalent to 449.50 SEK per month)
  • Norway: 899 NOK (equivalent to 449.50 NOK per month)
  • Eurozone: €89.80 (equivalent to €44.90 per month)
  • Other currencies: Equivalent amounts displayed at checkout

Your payment method will be automatically charged every 2 months before each shipment. Shipping is included at no extra cost.

Subscription Management: You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by emailing support@vitanord.com or using our contact form at vitanord.com/pages/contact. To avoid the next shipment and charge, cancellation must be received at least 14 days before your next scheduled delivery date. The exact deadline is shown on your invoice and confirmation emails.

1. THE AGREEMENT

These general terms ("Subscription Terms") apply to agreements for the delivery of products to consumers.

When you confirm an order for products from Interactive Ecommerce LLC, you simultaneously accept the Subscription Terms.

(Hereinafter "Interactive Ecommerce", "we", or "us").

Buyer:

The person specified as buyer in the order regardless of sales channel (hereinafter "customer", "you", "your"). The buyer must be at least 18 years old.

3. SUBSCRIPTION

Interactive Ecommerce LLC offers delivery primarily through subscription. All subscriptions are without binding period.

When ordering a subscription, the introductory price applies only to the first delivery. After one month, the next delivery is sent with 4 months' consumption at the regular price. You will then receive one shipment every 4 months, containing products for 4 months' consumption.

Some products and special offers may have different delivery intervals, including:

  • Monthly subscriptions - Delivered every 30 days
  • Bi-monthly subscriptions - Delivered every 60 days
  • Quarterly subscriptions - Delivered every 90 days
  • 4-month subscriptions - Delivered every 120 days (standard)

4. SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT, PAUSE AND CANCELLATION

All changes to the subscription, including pausing delivery and cancellation, are made by contacting customer service at support@vitanord.com or through your account at vitanord.com.

4.1 Cancellation Notice

Cancellation must occur at least 14 days before the next shipment. The cancellation deadline is stated on each invoice and in your account at vitanord.com. If you cancel after the cancellation deadline, you will receive the shipment and must pay for it.

4.2 Pausing Your Subscription

You can pause your subscription for up to 6 months. During the pause period, you will not receive any shipments or be charged. To resume your subscription, contact customer service or log into your account.

4.3 Changing Delivery Frequency

You can change your delivery frequency at any time by contacting customer service or through your online account, subject to the 14-day notice period.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Subscription prices are clearly displayed during the ordering process and in your account. Prices include VAT where applicable.

5.1 Introductory Offers

New subscribers may be eligible for introductory pricing on their first order. Regular subscription pricing applies to all subsequent deliveries.

5.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices with 30 days' written notice. You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the price change.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for subscriptions:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer (for annual subscriptions)

5.4 Automatic Billing

Your payment method will be automatically charged before each shipment according to your subscription frequency. You will receive an email confirmation for each charge.

6. DELIVERY

Subscription deliveries are sent according to your chosen frequency. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

6.1 Shipping Address Changes

You can update your shipping address at any time through your account or by contacting customer service. Address changes must be made at least 5 days before your next scheduled shipment.

6.2 Delivery Issues

If you experience delivery issues, please contact customer service immediately. We will work to resolve any problems and ensure you receive your products.

7. PRODUCT QUALITY AND SATISFACTION

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with any product in your subscription, please contact customer service within 30 days of delivery.

7.1 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund.

7.2 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund.

10. LEGAL TERMS

10.1 Applicable Law

These subscription terms are governed by Swedish law. For consumers residing outside Sweden, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence may also apply.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be resolved through direct contact with our customer service team. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to the Swedish Consumer Agency or relevant consumer protection authorities in your country of residence.

10.3 Changes to Terms

We may update these subscription terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to subscribers via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the subscription service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the value of the products in your subscription. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These subscription terms, together with our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Interactive Ecommerce LLC regarding your subscription service.

To Pause Your Subscription:

  1. Log into your account at vitanord.com
  2. Go to "Manage Subscription"
  3. Click "Pause Subscription"
  4. Select pause duration (up to 6 months)

To Change Delivery Frequency:

  1. Log into your account at vitanord.com
  2. Go to "Manage Subscription"
  3. Select new delivery frequency
  4. Save changes
