Terms of Purchase


1 General

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of dietary supplements and other products from Vitanord, a brand operated by Interactive Ecommerce LLC.

By confirming an order, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. The terms and conditions apply to all existing and new agreements.

Buyer

The person specified as the buyer in the order, regardless of sales channel (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your" or "the customer"). You must be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase from Vitanord.

3 Subscriptions

Vitanord mainly offers delivery through subscriptions. All subscriptions are without a binding period and can be cancelled at any time, regardless of the reason.

When ordering a subscription, the introductory price only applies to the first delivery. Subsequent deliveries will be at the regular price according to the delivery frequency you have chosen.

Delivery intervals that may occur:

  • Monthly – delivery every 30 days
  • Every other month – delivery every 60 days
  • Quarterly – delivery every 90 days
  • Every four months (default) – delivery every 120 days

You can contact our customer service at any time to pause, change delivery frequency or cancel your subscription. We may make changes to our product offering, delivery method and delivery interval. In the event of such changes, you will be notified well in advance of them taking effect.

Non-payment is not accepted as cancellation of subscription.

4 Prices

All prices are in Euros and include statutory VAT. Any shipping costs are additional and are clearly stated at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

Prices are valid until changed. In the event of price changes, existing subscribers will be notified in writing at least 30 days in advance. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel your subscription.

Introductory offers are aimed at new customers and may not be used through repeated cancellation and re-subscription.

5 Ordering and delivery

Your first delivery will be sent within 2–3 business days after we receive your order. Delivery time is normally 7–14 days depending on where in Sweden you are located. Subsequent deliveries will be made according to your chosen delivery interval.

We ship our products within the UK with the delivery partner specified at checkout. When ordering via the website, an order confirmation will be sent via email. You will also receive tracking information when your order has been shipped.

If the delivery time is not stated when ordering, we will deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days from your order. If the delivery is delayed, we will notify you in writing via email.

We currently only deliver to addresses in the UK.

6 Payment

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

Your payment method will be automatically charged before each delivery, according to your selected delivery frequency. You will receive a confirmation email with each charge.

7 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your first delivery, in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59).

The right of withdrawal only applies to unopened products in their original condition. If the product's seal has been broken for health or hygiene reasons, you cannot cancel the purchase.

You exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us within the withdrawal period via email to support@vitanord.com. When you return the item, it must be in the same condition and quantity as when you received it.

When returning, you as the customer are responsible for the return postage unless otherwise agreed. We will refund the purchase price without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your message. We have the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.

Important: Subsequent deliveries in a subscription contain the same product as the first. There is no right of withdrawal on deliveries after the first. If you do not wish to receive further deliveries, you must cancel your subscription at least 14 days before the next scheduled delivery.

8 Complaint

If the delivered goods are faulty, you can, depending on the circumstances, demand rectification of the fault, re-delivery, price reduction or cancellation of the contract.

We are liable under the Consumer Sales Act for defects that existed at the time of delivery and that become apparent within three years of that time. A defect that becomes apparent within two years of delivery shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless we can prove otherwise or this is inconsistent with the nature of the goods or the defect.

If there is a defect in the product or if damage has occurred during transport, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Notification submitted within two months of noticing the defect is always considered to have been submitted in a timely manner.

If the complaint is approved, we will reimburse necessary and reasonable shipping costs. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the decision on compensation.

9 Seller's rights in the event of customer negligence

If you do not pay or fulfill the obligations arising from the agreement or law, and this is not due to the seller, we may, in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act, among other things, withhold the goods, demand payment or cancel the purchase. In the event of late payment, late payment interest according to the applicable reference interest rate and a reminder fee may be charged.

10 Personal information

In order to fulfill this agreement, we need to process certain personal data that can be linked to you, such as your name, address and email address. You can read more about our processing of personal data in our Privacy Policy.

12 Reservation

The Seller reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to another party. We reserve the right for any downtime, printing errors, incorrect prices, VAT and fee changes, and delivery problems due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, or disruptions in supply chains.

Any offers are valid while stocks last.

13 Change of purchase terms

These terms and conditions may be changed as necessary or as a result of changes in the law. In the event of significant changes that are to your disadvantage, you will be informed in good time before the changes come into effect via email.

If you do not agree to the amended terms, you have the right to terminate the agreement. Continued use of our services after the amendments have come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14 Dispute resolution

Please contact our customer service if you have any complaints regarding your purchase. We always aim to resolve any disputes directly with you.

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through alternative dispute resolution will be settled by a competent Swedish court.
